The ideal candidate will be responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects. They plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects
• Responsible to finish all tasks given by manager or top management on time
• Establish or design testing methods to monitor the overall quality of the project
• Collect and analyse project information to create status reports and recommend future actions
• Complete assigned project on time in full and coordinate with related department link to the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in AutoCAD, 3D Drawing (Autodesk Inventor, Solid Work, Pro E, similar)

The Architectural Design Manager reports to the Project Manager and Project Director and ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications. He/She is to verify all interface details are carried out as per drawing plans.

• Plan, design and supervise the construction of buildings and other physical infrastructure.
• Coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
• Carry out Architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, documentation and seeking Client’s approval
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
• Engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
• Works in tandem with Consultants, Sub-contractors as well as with other technical departments (Structural, M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors) on the design intent requirements and raise technical clarifications for smooth progress of work
• To resolve architectural related issues with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in LTA project or Building project
