Junior Engineer (Design Dept).

• Prefer with experience in LTA MRT project
• Responsible and ownership attitude
• Like to work as a team
• Skill in autocad, Microstation will be advantage

Scope Of work:

• Coordination work with design consultant, contractors, clients & authorities
• In charge of planning (Road & Drainage diversion)
• Preparation of method statement and documents submission
• Establish & Maintenance of QA/QC procedure
• Supervison of contractor's / vendor's quality related site work
• Address site issue related to design.
• Manages timely submission & approvals from local authorities
• Manage & produce detailed design inclusive of calculations & drawings production in compliance with Eurocode/ BS code , ACI & ASCE for authority submission.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing ISP Algorithm into HW using Verilog, SystemVerilog and/or SystemC (High Level Synthesis)
• Verify Logic at ISP level and Digital System level
• Optimize Design for less gate count and low power consumption
• Drive ISP Design activities in close collaboration with ISP Algorithm Team

Requirements

• Minimum MSEE, or BSEE, or related/equivalent discipline
• Experience / knowledge in RTL, C/C++ programming and verification
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Result oriented and embrace change behaviours
• C++/SystemC knowledge with High Level Synthesis experience is a plus.
• Experience / knowledge in CMOS Image Sensor is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Project Design and Development:

• Lead the design process for civil/structural engineering aspects of deep excavation projects.
• Develop detailed geotechnical design plans, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Conduct engineering analyses, including stability assessments and structural integrity evaluations.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
• Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex design and construction issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and standards are met.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure that designs meet local regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and peer reviews of design work.

Project Management:

• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for design deliverables.
• Support the preparation of technical reports and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Recognized professional engineering qualifications by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 5 years focused on designing geotechnical works for deep excavation projects.
• Proven expertise in handling projects of a similar size and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical design principles, soil mechanics, and structural analysis.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools (e.g., Plaxis, AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chartership or equivalent professional accreditation (e.g., PE, CEng).
• Familiarity with Singapore’s construction and regulatory environment.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation for geotechnical designs.
