• Diploma / Bachelor degree in M&E, building services, sustainability or related engineering field
• At least 2 years of professional ESD experience
• Ability to identify innovative solutions to problems
• Proactive, possess a positive attitude and able to work independently
• Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written skills
• Must have initiative and possess desire to learn
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team
