The candidate will be responsible for the management and maintenance of M&E facilities in a Grade A commercial building. You will oversee functions and activities of day-to-day M&E systems and suggest improvement maintenance plans, you will also be involved in developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining the maintenance regime and process review. • Manage a team of technical officers, technicians, and vendors.
• Participate and support Asset Enhancement Initiatives
• Schedule maintenance activities for Mechanical System, P&S, Fire Protection System, Public Announcement (PA) System and have to keep track of maintenance works with follow up actions for equipment such as Fire Pumps, Fire Alarms Panels, Sprinkler Pumps, Hydrant Pipe (Wet & Dry), Hydrant Pumps, Smoke Detectors, Frame Detectors, Smoke Extraction Fans, Plumbing and Sanitary Equipment, Mechanical Equipment, Water Dispenser, Potable Water Tank, NEWater Tanks, Potable Water Pumps, NEWater pumps, Ejector Pumps, PA speakers, PA server, etc
• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule.
• Strategize, coordinate, and execute rectification works, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines and SLA KPI.
• Maintain a comprehensive list of standby vendors for cases of emergencies.
• To provide excellent service to client expectations by performing progressive updating of information to the client.
• To ensure the maintenance programs and rectification jobs are managed by a team of technical officers and technicians efficiently.

Technical Support Engineer

Job Scope

• Be the primary technical contact for customers and in house repair jobs
• Assist customers in the repair and maintenance activities, but also with Providing spare parts and associate services
• Identify and translate customers’ requests ;
• Handle technical incidents and establish reports (troubleshooting, expertise, gathering useful information for analysis
• Guarantee, when necessary, the proper processing of offers : spare parts, onsite interventions and repairs.
• Coordinate onsite interventions actions and ensure an ongoing communication to the customer.
• Provide technical assistance to the Repairs Department and Field Service Technicians + Business Centers ;
• Occasionally promote to customers, technical training sessions and sales of spare parts and repairs ;
• Initiate, together with the appropriate stakeholders, the implementation of corrective actions that arose from customer complaints/claims.
• Be the technical interface within the departments, such as Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, Production, Global Service and customers
• Identify potential sales opportunities and forward the information to the sales teams.

Requirements

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering. Marine engineering with mechanical knowledge will also be considered.
