Our client, a diversified conglomerate, is hiring a skilled professional to assist in driving key strategic initiatives related to talent management, organizational design, and digital transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on various high-impact HR projects within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Management & Organizational Design:
- Support the Chief, P&O in developing and executing the organization’s talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Continuously assess and integrate best practices, market trends, and emerging HR technologies to enhance talent management initiatives.
- Drive learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee talent reviews and mobility platforms to ensure the growth and development of talent across the organization.
HR Policies and Employee Life Cycle:
- Co-design and govern HR principles, policies, and procedures covering the entire employee life cycle, including deployment, development, and performance.
- Collaborate with business units to address HR opportunities, risks, and workforce planning to align HR strategies with company goals.
- Support Country P&O and portfolio companies in implementing HR initiatives and solutions.
- Engage with consultants and stakeholders in the review and enhancement of HR processes.
Digitalization Governance:
- Assist in establishing a Digitalization Governance framework to oversee digital initiatives and ensure accountability.
- Support the development and implementation of AI and digital strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Identify and recommend technology solutions that enable digital transformation, including software, data management systems, and communication networks.
- Stay informed on emerging digital trends and technologies to assess their potential impact on the organization.
Reports and Data Analysis:
- Consolidate and analyze key HR-related data to provide insights into organizational performance and trends.
Prepare reports and perform gap analyses, offering recommendations for improvement and responding to ad-hoc queries from stakeholders.
Maintain and update the organization’s HR databases and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, talent management, or organizational development.
Strong understanding of organizational design, HR best practices, and digital transformation.
Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and handle complex HR initiatives.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
