Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team, responsible for
designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for vision systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PC based automated visual inspection systems for our full range of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate and feasibility study on the customer’s vision specifications.
• Responsible to integrate any new vision hardware (camera, frame grabber, etc) onto the vision software.

• Relevant technical work experience including automation machine system troubleshooting.
• Experience working with end customers.
• Understanding semi-conductor manufacturing process, vision inspection settings, machine software settings and configuration or equivalent practical experience.

• Handle the design team to achieve targets for the Civil engineering, Geotechnical engineering, Infrastructural design works.
• Lead consultant and review their design to ensure to meet the relevant requirements and the project’s preference.
• Discuss the design results to the client and other stakeholders and obtain their agreement.
• Enhance the design to reduce cost and construction schedule effectively.
• Finish all design works including necessary approvals without adversary affecting the tender/construction schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board
• At least 7 years of marine civil design experience in a large-scale project.
• Good knowledge in international and domestic standards for design work.
• Experience in marine structure D&B plant project and overseas ODA project is an added advantage.

- Responsible for the development of deep learning and operations research models and related intelligent systems for the supply chain and logistics of the global E-Commerce business.

- Utilize e-commerce big data and deep learning models to predict end-to-end estimated time of arrival (ETA), and some logistics events such as failed delivery, delivered but not received to enhance the user logistics experience. - Utilize time series forecasting techniques to predict sales at different granularities and horizons, such as warehouse-level manpower forecasting, inventory-level demand forecasting etc. We need strong machine learning and deep learning skills to detect important factors and model the relationship between the future and history.

- Participate in the growth of e-commerce merchants/creators, responsible for the growth algorithm of e-commerce merchants/creators, including potential merchants/creators mining algorithm, tiering algorithm, out-reach algorithm, growth algorithm, etc. Work closely with e-commerce merchants/creators related operations and product teams to achieve the high-quality growth goal of e-commerce merchants/creators.

- Combined with massive e-commerce information, through data mining and machine learning, predict the performance of products in traffic/conversion, improve the efficiency of product operation strategy and pricing/subsidy strategy, and assist in optimizing traffic distribution, to satisfy the requirements of product growth, cost optimization and some other scenarios.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR –

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of responsive web development, with professional React hooks experience and advanced JavaScript / Typescript proficiency.
• Experience with grid-based layouts, eg. ag-grid and flexible layouts.
• Solid experience in and strong desire on building highly efficient and performant UI code
• Building web socket-based (and/or REST API) integration with server-side.
• Desire to build strong and efficient SDLC practices.
• Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with a hands-on experience of debugging and optimizing code, as well as automation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and drive. Excellent communication skills required, able to contribute to discussions on design and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Java or similar object oriented language (e.g. C++, C#, Scala, Python).
• Financial market knowledge is a plus
• Experience leading/managing a small team of developers

Business Area Description:

The Synthetic Product Group (SPG) business offers institutional clients and hedge funds products which are optimal with respect to tax, balance sheet and funding. Business revenues come from commissions, financing, and dividends through the trading of CFD and Equity Swap OTC instruments alongside futures, ETFs, and structured products. It is part of a front to back alignment where engineers are embedded with the revenue generating part of the business. SPG engineering team is a dynamic and innovative front office team that partners directly with trading, sales, quants, operations, prime services, and other engineering teams across the globe. As a key full-stack developer of the team, you will be at the forefront of various revenue-driven technology builds and working in a fast-paced changing environment. You may be working on a new business initiative to design the trade flow for the firm's synthetic product offerings. Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain high-performance, high-availability, high-capacity, yet nimble and adaptive platforms for risk hedging, trade execution, trade booking and workflow management as well as post-trade processing.
• Design and build solutions to enhance and scale up the infrastructure to support business growth and new products, in a holistic front-to-back approach
• Collect data and metrics from existing systems to guide decision making and business intelligence, developing or enhancing tools as necessary to collect them·
