Responsibilities:

1. Follow up and track all events/incidents until closure

What will you do?

• Support the development and business teams in unit testing and archiving data, engineered features, and algorithmic inputs/outputs throughout the data pipeline and to support analytics.

1. Create unit tests throughout the data and algorithms domain:

• Work with engineering and business teams to implement wide-coverage unit tests of data and engineered features at different stages throughout the data collection and processing pipeline

• The unit tests include validation of the inputs and outputs of black-box machine learning algorithms

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Testing Engineer to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet specified requirements and maintain the highest level of quality. You will execute test plans, report bugs, and collaborate closely with the development and product teams to ensure smooth product releases.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Develop and document detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing on web, mobile, and desktop applications to identify defects and areas of improvement.
• Execute different types of testing including functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
• Validate user interfaces (UI), workflows, and overall usability.

• Work closely with developers to reproduce bugs, provide steps to reproduce, and verify fixes.

• Prepare test data for different test scenarios and ensure consistency throughout testing phases.
• Verify and validate data integrity in database testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Familiarity with different testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with testing web, mobile, and/or desktop applications.
• Knowledge of SQL queries for backend/database testing.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Redmine, etc.).
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (though this is a manual tester role, familiarity with automation is a plus).

Service Desk Engineer

We are looking for experienced full-time Service Desk engineer to provide End User Computing, Deskside support and Service Desk support to APAC Region in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide level 2 End User Computing support and well verse in Windows OS.
• Good Hardware and software troubleshooting skills for PC.
• Break fix and IMAC support for end user deskside equipment.
