• Diploma or Degree Qualification from recognized institution.

• Knowledge of Architectural / Interior Designer drawings.
• Possess good interpersonal communication & analytical skills with people at all levels.
• Enjoy working on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline.
• Handle site work during weekends (Sat/Sun) if necessary.

The Role

We have an opportunity for a Client Design Leader, to lead the team in winning and delivering projects. The successful candidate will lead design strategy for projects, creating impactful design solutions; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to the brief.

Responsibilities will include:

• Project Delivery and Oversight – acting as the point of contact, identifying risks and variations, managing profitability, following protocols and resolving challenges.
• Design and Insight – lead the project design team to deliver exceptional brand and client aligned results.
• Conversion – identify and convert opportunities, managing the client experience.
• Leadership – team management including driving and developing your team, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Compliance – construction codes, audits, reporting.
