Test Strategy and Planning:

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Level 2 support and primary contact for Client Services (CS) at Singapore sites.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow tickets for Singapore and SEA regions; assist SEA teammates as needed.

• Skilled in PC setup, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, and using IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
