• In charge of the review, amendment and issuance of Employer Information Requirement (EIR) and Model Content Requirement (MCR) as per project specific requirement, support in tender evaluation and queries, review and enforce the digital implementation according to EIR and MCR as per each project.

• Check Building Information Modelling (BIM) model quality and ensure BIM data standardization according to standards and specification at all project milestones as defined in Employer Information Requirement (EIR) and Model Content Requirement (MCR).
• Advise and support the team in the use of digital technologies and tools to integrate work processes and improve construction workflows. The Role:

We are looking for an in-house jewellery designer. You will be working directly with the customers and to create bespoke designs. This role is multi-faceted and you would be also operating as a sales executive when clients are in the boutique. When you are with clients, you are expected to provide them with product knowledge and effectively sell both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers. As a designer, you need to be able to discuss a range of design options and formulate creative original ideas.
