Responsibilities:

§ Planning, co-ordination and execution of LTA and SMRT projects

§ To attend all interface and co-ordination meetings with different stakeholders and contractors

§ Installation, monitoring, supervision, testing and troubleshooting of RTU at site

§ Preparation of project documents and drawings

Requirements:

§ Relevant Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic

§ Strong interpersonal skill with a positive attitude

Salary for experience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience and our internal salary structure

1 month AWS

Variable Bonus ranging from 1 to 6 months depending on individual and company performance

Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)

18 days up to 21 days for executive (Engineer and above)

• Facilitate all software modifications and upgrades as part of the software maintenance to upkeep smooth operations of the system.
• Prepare and review SUCOs / SARs (Access request approval) before obtaining approval from customer

• Reports to O&M Manager & Assistant Manager.
• Deliver service and support to the O&M Team when requested.
• Attend to and manage all software or  hardware related errors.
• Work closely with System Administrator to resolve software and  hardware related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving BHS Application, network connectivity and more.
• Gather information and determine the issue by evaluating, analyzing and isolating the details/symptoms.
• Follow standard processes and procedures.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
• Reviews all system occurrences to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and follow up with  Hotline on all reported cases and communicate to the customer where necessary.
• Interact with the customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Provide guidance and training to CC room staff on all software related matters.
• Carry out training to staff and conduct practical test during off peak period.
• Coordinate with local equipment supplier/vendors (system related).
• Perform periodically review of system logs, operations report and follow up on action plans.
• Review monthly operations statistics together with the Manager.
• Provide monthly system performance analysis and generate required reports for stakeholders
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures where necessary.
• Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures where necessary.
• Schedule & deploy firmware updates & patches for equipment (Servers and Network devices) with vendors.
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.

At Mediatek’s Memory Design Automation team, we work seamlessly with worldwide memory design team to deliver high performance, low power and small area in-house memories design kits and design flows under advanced technology nodes. We are looking for candidate to join us as memory design automation engineer for the delivery of robust memory and development of Memory Compiler automation flow.

Responsibility

1. Responsible for cutting edge technology node’s SRAM compiler design and deliver best quality of design kit.
2. Seamlessly collaborate with SRAM design and layout team to achieve highest quality of design kit delivery.
3. Responsible for data analysis and platform development of memory usage big data.
4. Responsible for physical verification (DRC/ERC/LVS/ANT/PERC) on SRAM compiler.
5. Responsible for spice simulation on timing, power and noise on SRAM compiler.
6. Responsible for QA check and development on SRAM compiler.

Requirements

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
2. Multi-task capability and strong self-driven characteristics to meet challenging schedule.
3. Proficient with Perl, Shell, Python, C/C++ languages, knowledge with AI machine learning algorithm and infrastructure is an added advantage.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members with multi-cultural environment
5. Knowledge of high performance, low power SRAM/ROM and VLSI design is an added advantage. Experience with EDA tools will be helpful.
6. Candidate with experience is preferable.
