Job Responsibilities

Collaborative Design

• Work closely with our team to conceptualize and develop unique furniture designs aligned with the SOHOO brand.
• Combine traditional woodworking techniques with modern aesthetics to create high-quality, functional, and stylish furniture pieces.
• Collaborate on design refinements based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand requirements.

Project-Based Contributions

• Take ownership of assigned design projects, from initial concept to production.
• Ensure all designs are technically feasible for manufacturing and meet quality standards.
• Provide detailed design documentation, including sketches, 3D renderings, and material specifications.

Market Research and Trend Analysis

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations to propose fresh ideas.
• Work with the marketing and sales team to identify customer preferences and incorporate them into new designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in furniture design or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent).
• Excellent understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and production techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with a team effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Salary Range :$1,800 - $2100
• Working Days: 44 hours, 6-days work week, from 9am – 6pm (include 1 hour lunch break)

Requirement

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in making hand bouquets, floral arrangement and hamper packing
• Preferably with professional flower arrangement / design certification

Responsibilities

• Processing of daily customer's orders (i.e. Grand opening stands, hampers for various occasions, condolence wreaths, hand bouquets, etc.)
• Assisting in the daily preparation works (i.e. flowers picking and arrangement, sponges soaking, stock-taking, etc.)

Prime lighting specialist in Singapore and specialize in a wide range of lighting products and have been highly successful in securing numerous projects for commercial, industrial, institutional, utility and residential lighting.

Job scope:

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of Light in the architectural context
• Produce Lux calculations, Product Brochure, Cut-Sheets, Renderings, AutoCAD Drawings, Specification Sheets, Work Instructions and Procedure Manuals calculations
• Develop concepts into schematic and detailed designs with CAD drawings and technical specifications
• Work closely with clients to develop concepts for façade, interior and landscape lighting
• Provide budget and power consumption estimates
• Represent the company at meetings & design-workshops with clients/suppliers
• Work with large scale floor plans and calculate lux level
• Multi-task across all ES-team projects and work independently

Job Title: Systems Engineer for Managed IT Account Management Services

Job Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of account management for applications, including but not limited to:
• Windows Active Directory
• Entra ID/Azure AD
• Clinical System
• Finance ERP System
• Biomedical System
• CRM System
• IRIS System
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all access creations, modifications, and deletions.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for account management processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding).
• Manage the User Access Matrix, ensuring its accuracy and liaising with stakeholders to validate it.
• Conduct regular User Access Matrix reviews with stakeholders.
• Adhere to SOPs for all account management procedures.
• Assist in account and access management audits by providing supporting documentation and audit log tracing.
• Perform bi-annual access reviews for various systems.
• Troubleshoot permission issues for systems and escalate to system owners when necessary.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties and IT administrative tasks as required.

Key Capabilities and Skills Required:
