• Lead quality, cost, and productivity projects using tools like Tolerance Stack, FMEA, and Minitab.
• Assume project responsibility from product design through production.
• Engage in system documentation, risk analysis, and regulatory submissions.
• Oversee testing, verification, and validation processes to ensure compliance.
• Identify design gaps and propose strategies using DFM & DFS practices.
• Conduct technical design reviews and ensure compliance with medical regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, IEC).

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in medical devices and mechanical engineering, having worked through a complete product lifecycle.
• Experience with electro-mechanical integration and manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, machining).
• Proficient in 3D modeling (Creo/Solidworks), tolerance analysis, and fluid dynamics (CFD).
• Strong project management and risk-based execution abilities.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR an experienced Project Engineer to manage the submission of MSRA, CAD drawings , NCE Applications , POWS applications , design calculations and related submissions to our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare design calculations, CAD drawings and MSRA , NCE Application , POWS Application for site investigation (and associated works) and foundation testing works
• Responsible for timely submission of method statements to client
• To coordinate & liaise with contractor, QP, or authorities for projects specifications & other technical requirements
• Attend meetings inclusive of technical meetings , Coordination Meetings and presentation with our clients
• Review comments from relevant authorities and respond to them
• Document control and compilation accordance to company SAC Singlas standards

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Applicants should hold a degree in Civil Engineering , Geology or a related field.
• Candidates must be able to handle stress and maintain efficiency in a dynamic work setting.
• The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently while also being proactive in seeking advice from more experienced colleagues when necessary.
• Applicants should have at least two years of relevant work experience.
