· Able to read schematic diagram, Auto-CAD drawings and BIM drawings

Roles and Responsibilities:

With an in-house mentor, you will be exposed to a diverse field of knowledge and experience and be well-grounded in areas such as;

· Servicing and maintenance

· Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)

· Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)

· Licensing of electrical installations

· High voltage switching

· Troubleshooting of electrical faults and abnormal situations

· Design & Project Work – Acting as a Qualified Person (QP), LEW for installation works, also covering areas such

as Lightning Protection, HT and LT distribution network, Earthing etc.

· Manage and lead of a team of engineers, technicians and workmen to ensure works are completed as per plan

and schedule, meeting quality & safety objectives,

· Manage and co-ordinate with clients on schedules, scope of works, on-site issues, etc,

· Attend to call-out and emergency job requests,

· Prepare incident report for completed call-out services,

· Prepare method statement and assist Professional Engineer as required,

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Profile Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree and above
• Possess 4-8 years of experience in cloud engineering and DevOps roles.
• Demonstrate solid experience in cloud transformation projects.
• Exhibit strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Utilize experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Engineering:

• Design, develop, and manage scalable data pipelines using Airflow for scheduling and orchestration, ensuring the smooth flow of real-time and batch data.
• Build and maintain systems leveraging Kafka for real-time data streaming and S3, RDS & Redis for data storage, all within the AWS ecosystem.
• Implement solutions for macro trend analysis and cross-asset correlations, optimizing data processing for institutional clients.
• Ensure data governance best practices, including data quality, security, and accessibility using AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Athena, Redis), Airflow, and Kafka.
• Ensure data infrastructure complies with SEC regulations and industry-specific standards.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC):

• Establish and enforce a comprehensive GRC framework aligned with SEC regulations and other relevant U.S. financial regulations, leveraging AWS services.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory bodies such as the SEC and FINRA, ensuring TradeAlgo’s systems meet evolving regulations.
• Use Airflow and AWS tools to automate compliance reporting and monitoring, ensuring data integrity and security within the AWS environment.
• Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while managing risk across the AWS ecosystem.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to design and implement AWS-based data solutions, leveraging Airflow for orchestration, Kafkafor real-time data, and S3, RDS & Redis for secure data storage.
• Provide leadership in optimizing scalable AI-driven solutions on AWS for institutional clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate across teams to align AWS data infrastructure with business and compliance goals.

Strategic Input:

• Provide input on AWS infrastructure investments to support scalable data processing using Airflow, Kafka, and RDS, while ensuring compliance with U.S. regulatory frameworks.
• Stay updated with trends in AWS services, data engineering, and GRC, particularly within financial services, and lead initiatives to integrate new SEC regulations into our AWS-based systems.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with strong exposure to GRC in financial services (preferred).
• Expertise in AWS services (S3, Redshift, Athena, Lambda), as well as experience with Airflowfor orchestration, Kafka for real-time streaming, and RDS for relational data storage.
• Strong understanding of U.S. financial regulations, including SEC, FINRA, and other compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to implement data governance, security, and compliance on cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and handling risk management for institutional clients is a plus.
• Advanced degree in computer science, data engineering, or related fields is preferred.
