Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and technical assistance to sales and service teams.
• Offer customized solutions for technical issues and sales inquiries.
• Assist the service team with equipment repair and maintenance.
• Develop procedures for equipment testing, maintenance, and operation.
• Coordinate in-house product assembly and validation testing and produce test reports.
• Conduct technical presentations and product training for clients.
• Create and maintain drawings, bills of materials, and design documentation.
• Discuss technical requirements with clients on-site and coordinate site work.
• Prepare method statements and reports for site work.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Has 3 years of working experience in Mechanical Engineering, preferably in O&G industries
• Prior experience in flange management is advantageous
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Solidworks and AutoCAD is an advantage

Provide technical support and assist Manager in project planning and coordination of all site activities.

• Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for all necessary works.

• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing and commissioning of installation of equipment to the required specification and quality.

• Liaise with consultants, owners and relevant authorities on their engineering request.

• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.

• Assist Project Manager in execution of Project Management, Project Schedule, and Coordination with sub-contractors

• Plan, implement, and monitor work schedules

• Liaise with main-contractor on site requirements

• Supervise sub-contractors, vendors on maintenance, site testing and commissioning activities and ensure quality standard

• Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the tasks in time

• Ensure project delivery according to dateline given, ensure cost control and profitability of project

• Order material and equipment from vendors

• Support site documentation requirements
