• Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work.
• Work with the customers and Engineers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements.
• Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
• Secure orders, guarantee product standards and assure product delivery.
• Establish customer rapport and acceptance.
• Plan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands.
• Help clients to solve problems with product usage.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new drawings and modify existing drawings according to instructions for construction sequence related to utilities, traffic diversion, shallow/deep excavation works and related works.
• Prepare detailed civil and environmental design documentation and drawings, perform design calculations
• Accuracy and effectiveness in electronic drafting.
• Liaise with Project teams, auhorities, client, architects and various contractors to ensure project work is carried out smoothly Conduct site inspection and coordination on site
• Coordinate filing, storage and retrieval of both manual and electronic drawings.
• Maintain, support and operate associated plotters and printers.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight.
• Explain drawing to construction teams and engineers to provide adjustments as required.
• Attend design, clients, architects and site meetings

Requirements:

• Must be familiar with construction sequence drawing and shop drawing with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Diploma ,M&E Engineering or equivalent
• Good familiarity with Autocad programs
• Good communication skills
• Team player with good inter-personal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project related changes

Collaborates with business specialists, engineers, and product owners to deliver customer-focused solutions through iterative development approaches.

Main tasks

Key Accountabilities:

• Quality assurance, problem and risk management in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Implementation of software components following established coding standards and best practices
• Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for backend services, web applications, and reusable components
• Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate documentation and participate in code reviews
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging of existing systems

Work experience requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on software development experience using Java and/or Python
• Good knowledge of Unix scripting
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Experience with software development lifecycle practices including version control, testing, and deployment
• Front-end development experience with modern frameworks (React/Angular/Bootstrap)
