Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing processes, record measurements, and interpret data, specifically focusing on SCADA system operations to align with the company’s digitalization goals.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to ensure operational safety and compliance.
• Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow within the facility.
• Oversee the operations and maintenance of facility processes to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Determine the organization and setup of operations to improve process efficiency.
• Manage the implementation of new processes and procedures within the plant.
• Investigate and troubleshoot any issues that arise with processes, procedures, and operations to prevent downtime and losses.
• Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to enhance throughput and the quality of output.
• Manage cost and time constraints to ensure projects and process improvements are cost-effective and timely.
• Provide detailed process documentation and operating instructions to promote standardization and understanding among staff.
• Actively participate in and perform Process Safety Management (PSM) and Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) to maintain safety and operational standards.
• Serve as a turnkey manager to plan and execute plant shutdowns, minimizing impact on production.

We are looking for a passionate application security professional to be part of ANEXT Bank’s Cyber Security team, to protect our applications and infrastructure from the ever-evolving threats.

Qualified candidates are expected to:

• Perform application and infrastructure vulnerability assessments, source code reviews, and internal penetration tests on web and mobile applications to identify vulnerabilities and security risks
• Own and continuously enhance the bank’s application and infrastructure vulnerability management process, including end-to-end identification, tracking and remediation work
• Work with external pentest team to perform independent penetration tests on web and mobile applications, triage the security findings and manage the remediations required
• Participate in the system design and architecture security reviews of business projects to ensure security is incorporated into the early stages of the project development lifecycle
• Work with our dev and devops team to ensure security is integrated into the SDLC, provide expertise in advising dev team on the mitigation of identified vulnerabilities and application security risks
• Continuously enhance/improve the integration of security controls into CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct training to dev team on secure coding best practices and vulnerability remediation
• Ensure applications are designed and implemented following standard security principles such as layered defence, least privilege, etc
• Respond to and investigate security incidents related to application security
• Manage the bank’s application security systems
• Maintain and enhance application security policies, standards and operational procedures

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Cybersecurity with at least 5-year experience in cyber security and at least 2-year experience in penetration test/red teaming and vulnerability management
• Experience in conducting application and infrastructure security assessments
• Experience with application security and vulnerability assessment tools (e.g. Burp Suite, Kali Linux, Fortify, Nessus, NMAP)
• Strong analytical and communication skills in real time problem-solving
• Fast learner and keeps abreast with relevant vulnerability management and penetration test technology
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP and CISSP will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design works for building works and civil works.
• Supervise the drafting works related to design and coordinate for deliverables.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations, and Codes of Practice.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of C&S design experience.
• With working experiences in Singapore/ Malaysia on structural engineering projects.
• Well verse with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements, and Eurocode.
• Well verse in structural design software, e.g. Tekla, STAAD Pro, SAFE, Prokon, Etabs, SAP 2000 etc.
• Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works.
• Experience in design/project management works in BIM.
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.

• Conducting in-process audits and final quality control audits with the Process team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Responsible for controlling Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Oversight of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001, and FDA requirements.
• Understanding IPC requirements in PCB assembly and quality standards for various manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Senior Project Engineer and Construction Manager with daily site activities.
• Monitoring/reporting site progress (direct employees and subcontract works).
• Formulation of procedures for construction activities.
• Plan the works and develop look-a-head programmes.
• Liaise with the design coordination team to resolve technical discrepancies including preparing and submitting technical queries and meeting with design consultants as required.
• Manage the schedule of shop drawings and monitor the output of drafters.
• Plan the equipment and material requirements and raise purchase requisitions as required.
• Mentor and manage Site Engineers assigned to your zone/works areas.
• Review the authority approvals required ahead of the works and ensure submissions are made such that the clearances can be achieved before works start.
