Responsibilities:

Inspection & Repair

• Perform product inspection/troubleshooting and determine the actual cause of failure
• Perform product repair
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
• Prepare inspection report to customer

Engineering drawing

• Create new product drawings (such as Part list, PCB layout drawing, Assembly drawing, Testing specification, etc) from Japan drawings
• Update product drawings based on internal Requisition form or external PR
• Create and update part drawing
• Update and manage obsolete products drawing from master list
