As a PMO Head, you will lead internal initiatives to ensure that they align with scope, time, budget, and quality expectations by effectively planning, controlling, and overseeing the process. • PMO experience: PMO leader with proven experience in project management or PMO roles. Thorough understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) would be advantageous.
• Retail Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the retail / FMCG industry, including consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape. Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of the retail sector in the digital age. Prior experience doing offline store digitalisation will be a significant plus
• Digital Skills: Strong understanding of digital technologies, e-commerce platforms, and omnichannel retailing. Familiarity with data analytics, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and digital marketing tools.
