Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of business development experience, ideally in the interior design, home customization, or construction sectors.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

• Proven success in leading large-scale market expansions and achieving revenue growth.

• Results-driven, with the mindset of treating the business as a personal mission.

• Resilient under pressure, willing to be on-call to meet project demands.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to unify and motivate teams to achieve shared objectives.

• Must respect investor directives and operate within Singapore’s legal and compliance frameworks.

• Willingness to work extended hours, including frequent overtime and project-based schedules (Monday to Saturday).

• Lead comprehensive market research initiatives to gauge market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitive landscapes.
• Take the lead on identifying and evaluating locations for new schools, ensuring alignment with both financial and strategic objectives.
• Assist in conducting due diligence for potential acquisitions

Jobs Scope:
