Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients and creative teams to conceptualise and execute video content aligned with project objectives and audience needs.
· Write and develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards to translate ideas into clear, engaging, and compelling visual narratives.
· Direct the creative vision on set, providing clear guidance to crew, actors, and talent to achieve high-quality results.
· Oversee the entire production process, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production, ensuring seamless delivery.
· Guarantee content quality, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and technical excellence.
· Manage and mentor a creative team, fostering collaboration and maintaining high standards of innovation and output.
· Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary contact and providing regular project updates.
· Stay informed about industry trends and technologies, incorporating best practices to enhance creative processes and output.
· Identify and implement improvements in the production pipeline, increasing efficiency and creative effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production, Communications, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in video production, with proven experience in directing.
· Strong creative vision with excellent storytelling, directing, and scriptwriting skills.
· Proficiency in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or Avid.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and complex projects.
· Deep understanding of video production techniques, equipment, and software, including filming, lighting, sound, editing, and post-production tools.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and inspire creative teams.
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Adept at problem-solving under pressure and making quick, effective decisions on set or during production.
· Passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of the film and media industry.
