The Service Delivery Director leads Singtel Enterprise Business (SEB) managed services projects, overseeing account teams, customer engagement, and service delivery operations. They ensure teams meet SLA targets, drive customer experience improvements, and manage service delivery across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience:
  • Proven track record in leading science and mathematics departments within international schools.
  • Extensive teaching experience across IBDP, MYP, and A-Level curricula, including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Demonstrated success in curriculum innovation, STEM enrichment, and faculty development.

Experience

• Over 10 years of international teaching experience across renowned international schools in (eg. south-east asia, UK, US)
• Extensive expertise in IBDP Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and MYP Science, with minimum 2 years of leadership roles as Head of Science Department.
• Industry experience in engineering, especially aerospace and energy preferred

Skills and Competencies

• Exceptional knowledge of IBDP and MYP standards, assessment criteria, and inquiry-based learning methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and create innovative learning experiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills demonstrated in department leadership and trip organization.
