Job Purpose

The PE Manager is the primary relationship holder with key patient organizations and patient representatives at country level.

The PE Manager role ensures the implementation of the PE Strategy across the key development milestones. • Partners with global / regional Communications & Engagement (C&E) colleagues and the cross TA functional team to identify the need, the resources, and the methodology for implementing disease awareness and mobilization campaigns.
• Drive capability-building initiatives for patient organizations and manage partnership with academia and research institutions.
• Implement PE methodologies to support the involvement of patient representatives in local regulatory and HTA decision making (whenever relevant).
