Daily Operations

Crewing

• Make performance evaluations of Masters/ Chief Engineers assigned to the vessel under supervision.

• Provide input to the Manning Department on recruitment of Senior Officers for the assigned vessels.

Dry Docking & Repairs

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.

• Arrange and follow up repairs and services.

• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Submit the specification to yards for quotations, evaluate the received quotations and present them to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for review.

• Attend the dry-docking, discuss shipyard invoicing before presenting same to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for approval.

• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to navigate multiple business units in a matrix organization within IBM and SAP
• Strong experience in business development and sales of consulting services within SAP
• Experience with large-scale, multi-year digital transformation engagements
• Demonstrated progressive business experience (preferably a blend of business and IT management consulting)
• Independently lead the first discussion and qualify the deal
• Well versed with SAP new technologies; S4 HANA, IBP, BPC, EHS, Hybris, SAC, Signavio, BTP
• Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and adapt strategies
• Speak business language instead of Technical; covering at least 2 sectors
• Well connected with SAP (Sales, Pre-sales and management) team and the market for us to get leads
• Effective communication and presentation skillswith the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including at Executive level
• Well organized & a team player
  

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applicants by conducting in-depth credit assessments and analysing financial stability, repayment capacity, and overall creditworthiness.
• Maintain a proactive approach to addressing credit risks and delinquencies by implementing suitable remedial actions when necessary.
• Build strong relationships with SME clients, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed effectively.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including credit analysts and legal staff, to ensure accurate and timely loan documentation and processing.
• Develop tailored financial solutions by gaining a thorough understanding of clients' industries, market trends, and unique business needs.
• Identify and source new lending opportunities within the SME segment through lead generation and prospecting activities.
• Oversee a portfolio of SME loans, monitoring repayment behavior, compliance with agreements, and overall loan performance.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, assisting with documentation preparation and ensuring a smooth approval and disbursement experience.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in business development for SME Loans in a financial institution or broker.
• Proven success in managing SME loan portfolios, achieving lending targets, and mitigating credit risks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
