Job Description:

-Contribute to planning of trading strategy

-Lead trading P&L improvement activities through P&L analysis and management

-Monitor trading exposures and utilized credit amounts to ensure they are within respective approved limits

-Conduct export control management to ensure its compliance

-Enlighten relevant internal and external regulations to the trading members

-Propose and conduct work process efficiency by use of digital technology

-Conduct appropriate expenses management including subscription fees

-Liaise with Headquarters (ENEOS Corporation in Japan)

-Carry out other duties assigned by Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director as and when necessary

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor or Master degree is of economics, accounting, law etc.

-At least 25 years of relevant experience in oil trading / oil and gas industries

-Have experience in all of operation of oil trading, refinery planning & optimization and managing marine shipping.

-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

-Ability to communicate in fluent English to communicate with colleague and clients well.

-Ability to speak and write in Japanese language is required to communicate with Japanese speaking associates and clients, and to report to headquarter managements in Japan.

-Frequent travel to target areas such as India, Philippine, China (Shandon Province) etc. is required.

-Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a strategic mind

-Meticulous with good communication and presentation skill

-An effective team player who is innovative and forward thinking

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end sourcing activities for products and services, managing internal customer relationships and requirements to ensure a smooth procurement processes.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to continuously improve product and service delivery quality, price competitiveness, and contract compliance.
• Responsible for procurement contract management, including drafting and reviewing contract terms, commercial negotiation, placing orders and evaluating supplier performance.
• Continuously promote process optimization and innovation to achieve process simplification, cost reduction and efficiency.
• Prepare procurement strategies for customer suppliers and promote implementation.
• Promote procurement cost reduction, efficiency improvement, compliance, risk prevention and ecological cooperation of customer suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant Procurement / Supply Chain Management experience for projects in Telecommunication industry; overseas working experience is preferred.
• Experience in cloud network products, ICT products, etc., and a background in customer service support will be added advantage.
• Good industry knowledge, analytical skills, negotiation skills and project management skills.
• Good written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese will be a plus to liaise with Mandarin-speaking and Cantonese-speaking vendors.
