We are seeking a full-time, on-site Office Manager for our Singapore office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing office support, overseeing office equipment maintenance, and performing accounting data entry.

Qualifications:

• Eligibility: Open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) only; work visa sponsorship is not available.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Language: Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative operations and provide comprehensive office support.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Deliver general administrative support to leadership and teams, handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Coordinate multiple calendars and ensure efficient scheduling of meetings.
• Manage procurement of office supplies and conduct equipment maintenance as necessary.
• Assist with ad hoc projects, including the organization of year-end parties and company outings.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Employment is anticipated to commence in January-February 2025.
