Oversee, guide and prepare up to date financial reports (e.g. P&L, B/S, AR & AP and other financial schedules and analysis)
· Able to summarize current financial status.
· Monthly Accounts closing
· Manage Cash Flow preparation and annual budget and forecast.
· Support payroll & submission of CPF.
· Submission of Quarterly GST.
· Support on regulatory compliance. Annual Filing with ACRA and IRAS.
· Able to follow up with External Auditors to Generate Audited Report or Compilation Report whichever is applicable.
· Prepare & Submission forms, monitor and liaise with Banks Daily For Financing/ Discounting Applications.
· To liaise with Banks on payment instructions.
· Co-ordinate with internal departments and external parties such as forwarders/suppliers (both international & local) if need to.
· Reporting To Snr Manager, Group Accounts and/or Directors on Daily Operations.
· Able to support other Ad hoc Business Activities assigned.

Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree or other professional certificate in Finance or Accounting.
· At least 1 to 2 years of knowledge and experience in handling a full set of company financial accounts.
· Awareness of international trading and shipping terms will be an added advantage. Knowledge of SAP business 1 and excel functions will be an added advantage.
· Aptitude for numbers, quantitative and analytical skills
· General knowledge and experience of GST submission and Company Tax.

• Conceptualise innovative campaigns to promote awareness and adoption of Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Develop and implement campaign strategy, creatives, digital content and social media plans to engage key target audiences and nudge desirable behaviour (e.g. spark conversations online, garner wide reach and engagement across all channels and drive action/conversion).
• Manage and track campaign deliverables, budget and performance, working closely with creative and media buy agencies.
• Manage procurement of various services and vendors to support campaign
• Coordinate and follow up with inter-agency workgroup representatives to prepare meeting agenda, presentations, updates, minutes of meeting
• Support other marketing campaigns and PR work as needed to support organisation’s mission to support families as they journey through life

Requirements:

• Singaporean
• Degree
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing Communications and Graphic Design
• PR/ Media relations (preferred but not mandatory)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute key procurement strategy.
• Ensure end to end procurement processes & activities to meet the objectives of (i) proper governance, (ii) cost efficiencies and (iii) on time delivery of projects.
• Engage with legal team and users in contract negotiation to ensure timely formation and execution of contract and compliance to corporate governance.
• Validate purchase requirement and issue RFQ/RFP.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure purchase requisitions are attended on a timely basis and ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Sourcing and selection of suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness, timely project delivery and quality of work.

• Support negotiation and contracts closure with suppliers.
• Engage with legal and users in contract negotiation to ensure timely execution of contracts of the projects.
• Proficiency in identification of contract gaps/risk and mitigated approach in contract report.

• Maintain contract documentation and timely contract.
• Ensure strict compliance for Procurement process and policy for sourcing and purchase decision.
• Ensure Fairness & transparency in decision makings.
• Early engagement with stakeholders to ensure purchase requisitions are attended on a timely basis.
• Maintain and update accredited suppliers’ information.
• Periodic supplier Governance meeting with suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or supply chain management with equivalent industry experience.
• Experience of more than 8 years in end-to-end procurement process, preferably in infrastructure industry.
• Strong communication & decision-making skills-ability to manage conflicting interest.
• Effective presentation writing to present procurement reports/presentations to address business
• needs of the intended audience.
• Conduct procurement activities in E-Procurement platform.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and analytical skill with ability to draw big picture.
• Ability to communicate and engage effectively with stakeholder and senior management.
• Experience in MS Office suite, SAP and Ariba.
• Team player given the need to interact with different business units.
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines.
