Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

• Oversees the operations of the academy, liaising with SCC facilities for physical support
• Ensures the proper enrollment and onboarding of trainees / participants
• Ensures the timely and accurate submission of claims documents in various government portals
• Maintains good communication with HRs of companies, WSG and other stakeholders for smooth grant administration process
• Manages the marcom activities of the academy –website, social media, events calendar
• Works closely with finance to ensure that all incoming and outgoing funds are accurate and timely, sent to the correct recipients.
• Maintain good communication with trainers, ensuring that they are adequately supported to provide the best training delivery
• Be the Data Protection Officer for the academy
• Ensure that audits are properly prepared for
• Provide leadership for the ops and admin team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management and/or administrative management, preferably in a CET organization.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the entire IT operation and ensure all day-to-day activities are addressed according to the requirements.
• Ensure corporate applications, systems, networks, and digital assets are adequately protected and mitigated against cyber threats and risks.
• Review and improve the IT risk management, governance and compliance.
• Ensure high availability of IT services and perform regular backup of business data and application systems.
• Review and enhance IT policies, standards, guidelines and best practices.
• Design, setup, configure and troubleshoot network systems.
• Responsible for internal IT Infrastructure System (hardware, software, application, IT related cloud functions).
• Accountable for coordination, status reporting and ensuring the technical infrastructure and system resources are delivered on time adhereing to high quality standards.
• Lead for IT Operation related projects for current and new initiatives.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the IT infrastructure field. Proven track record of handling IT operations and data security.

Job Description:

• Promote a zero-accident culture within the company to achieve the group’s EHS KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate EHS Policy by implementing actions to maintain and improve the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system.
• Review statutory updates, identify relevant EHS requirements, and prepare procedures to ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements.
• Lead and facilitate internal and external audits/surveys related to compliance, EHS, and sustainability.
• Organize and lead regular EHS inspections, meetings, and monitoring of corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure all incidents, accidents, and near-misses are reported immediately, formally investigated, and maintain thorough records of investigations.
• Plan and implement EHS training programs to enhance safety awareness.
• Collaborate with all departments, clients, and vendors/contractors to provide advice on EHS-related matters.
• Work with operations teams, vendors, and contractors to inspect machines, equipment, and processes for accident prevention. Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Educate and train employees to prioritize safety and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the submission and approval of EHS licenses and permits required for factory.

Job Requirements:

• Professional qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, or Environmental Engineering-related programs.
• Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in the Singapore construction industry, with experience in LTA projects preferred.
• MOM-registered WSHO and NEA-registered ECO certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of EHS policies and experience in developing new corporate policies.
• Completion of Leadership & People Management courses is an advantage.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills in managing site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore statutory and legal SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) requirements.
• Ability to present a professional image and act in the company’s best interest.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all departments and functions.
