Responsibility:

1. Responsible to make plans using detailed drawing

2. Responsible to prepare estimates and budgets

3. Responsible to prepare of creating accurate project specifications

4. Responsible to create technical reports for customer

5. Responsible for completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.

6. Support the engineers in monitoring project deliverables and actively engage where project teams would benefit from technical intervention;

7. To liaise with respective parties on checking of drawings

8. Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main-contractors on all matters relating to the project operation and coordination

9. Provide technical advice and assistance to the overall project team as appropriate including Commissioning and Service.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering

2. Minimum 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in Construction field in Singapore.

3. Priority if having experience of Metal structure and all type of facade related works

4. Must be ready to work any time to resolve the project related matter. (even public holiday)

5. Must be able to work in day or night shift (if required)

6. Excellent communication skill

7. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure

• Overall experience of 15+ years with recent experience in Project Management implementing large-scale projects managing the end-to-end technical delivery, including scope, cost, quality, and time management; stakeholder communications; risk, issue, and dependency management; and project reporting and governance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation to ensure effective communication among stakeholders and project team members.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to technical deliverables, proactively resolving any roadblocks to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines across all development activities.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Requirements:

• Between 6-8 years of working experience in various SAS tools like SAS VIYA, SAS VA, SAS DI and other related technologies
• Working experience in any Credit Portfolio Management application / tool
• Certification in any SAS tool
• Good understanding and experience in Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience of working in a vendor environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A strong & assertive communicator in speaking & writing Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage and create content, visuals, and collateral for marketing campaigns.

2. Create prospect database from multiple sources for demand generation.

3. Online research and B2B prospecting.

4. Create content for social media (digital marketing – YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram)

5. Image and video editing.

6. Respond to customer enquiries and market company products.

7. Update databases and share testimonials/reports with clients.

8. Enhance and update company websites. Monitor enquiries and respond appropriately.

9. Actively market and participate in company and third party seminars and conferences.

10. Formulate and run marketing campaigns.

11. Prompt and effective handling of client queries.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing/online platform content creation
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Possess good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in MS Office, Photoshop, Canva, Adobe and other relevant visual creation software is mandatory.

Job Key Responsibilities：

· Maintain the outlet overall presentation and responsible for the outlet Sales and Revenue
