The Regional Marketing Manager position provides marketing support & leadership to the Country PIVC marketing teams in the region. Job Description

• Manages all aspects of the marketing strategy for the assigned platform and in close alignment with the regional platform marketing leader; is responsible for developing and communicating the marketing and business plans for the portfolio.
• Drives the business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability and related business goals and objectives for the platform.
• Collaborates with Global, Regional and Country marketing counterparts to develop and execute a regional strategy to ensure achievement of platform goals and expectations.
• Implements, and maintains "best practices" in brand marketing and product development marketing. This includes BD Way of Marketing and leveraging the BD Way of Selling.
• Drives and manages regional marketing activities (and related budget) including :Market research – market size/growth, competitive share and positioning, significant customer needs and major trends (macroeconomic, industry, regulatory, competitive, policy, etc)
  Pricing – per product per country.
  Tactical marketing mixes to maximize profitable revenue growth in the region
  Marketing communications – advertising, promotions, digital marketing
  Regional event strategy – trade shows, conventions, conferences
  Monitor and report the execution and effectiveness of marketing plans/budgets.
  Guide countries through successful new product launches as needed.
  
• Develops customer relationships in conjunction with Medical Affairs, Strategic Access and country teams to establish multi-level relationships with Key Customers, Hospital Administrators, Advocacy groups and Industry forums to shape relevant policy, practices and clinical guidelines that provide BD with a competitive advantage.
• Keep abreast of CASAJ market trends and be the voice of customer (VOC) to the global product development planning process. Create business cases for new opportunities within the region, engage with the WW platform and applicable country teams.
• Act as a partner in the demand review process for assigned product lines with regional functional partners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Nursing, Pharmacy or Medicine. MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare, medical device or diagnostics marketing experience, with proven success.
• Cross functional team experience is required.
• Having Regional experience and matrix organizational experience is preferred

This role is responsible for overseeing and driving the company's sales and marketing efforts to ensure consistent revenue growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities

Sales

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and take corrective action as needed.
• Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation.
• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
• Internal Coordination: Ensure agreement with customers are executed by the team.

Marketing

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
• Brand Management: Protect and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and marketing initiatives.
• Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing channels (e.g., websites, social media, SEO) to reach target audiences and drive online sales.
• Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

• Accomplishes strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities
• Manage project delivery life-cycle within scope, schedule and budget using sound Project Management processes and standards
• Responsible for end-to-end project management covering requirements gathering and analysis, design, systems / software development, construction, delivery, integration, systems / data migration, testing, commissioning and maintenance services
• Map out the overall project management plan and ensure that the roles and responsibilities, objectives, commitment, deliverables, schedule, critical path and risks are clearly defined and communicated to team members and customers
• Manage project budget and costs with the objective to maximize revenue and margin achievements
• Establish a risk management plan for a structured approach to identify and review potential risks and mitigation actions
• Proactively manage changes in project delivery with proper impact analysis, resolutions and contingencies plan.
• Build a high performance delivery team, and provide effective leadership to the team members

Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years' experience in IT project management and have experience with handling government IT projects
• CITPM / PMP certified
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to provide excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Good team player and willing to work across multiple teams and functions
• Meticulous & goal-oriented to ensure project timelines are adhered to & project goals are met
