Role Description

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for managing an inventory of 100+ residential property listings. You are the brain of the 12-person Squad you belong to, defining the listing strategies, pricing policies and valuation methodologies. On a day-to-day basis, you review and approve the valuations produced by the pricing analysts, recommend listing prices based on data-driven research and insights, and fuel your team with your expertise. You will be instrumental in ensuring that your Squad, comprising of sales and client success team members, achieves its revenue growth targets.

As part of the team, you hold the keys to determining the risk we choose to take on in our portfolio by driving an ongoing dialogue between the sales team and clients. You contribute and lead projects that make our data, reporting, pricing methodology, workflows, software, and advice to clients top-tier.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to understand volumes and price trends;

The Escalations and Compliance Manager is a key part of Currencycloud's second line compliance function, reporting directly into the Head of Compliance APAC. The Escalations and Compliance Manager will be the primary escalation point for high-risk clients and transactions, as well as making risk appetite decisions impacting Currencycloud in the APAC region. Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Textile and Apparel Manufacturer
• Position Title: Accounts & Finance Manager
• Working Location: North-East -Tai Seng (Walking distance from MRT to the company)
• Working Hours: 5 days / Mon to Fri: 8.30 am-6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 7000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Listed Company financial accounting & reporting of local & offshore entities
• Review financial accounting and reporting on a monthly basis for listed entities as assigned
• Perform monthly consolidation of local and foreign listed entities
• Continuously improve and optimize financial workflows
• Prepare budget and forecast reports
• Prepare annual financial statements, quarterly GST filings, and inventory costing sheets
• Support external audit requirements
• Collaborate with tax agents and support tax filing processes
• Assist with corporate secretarial matters
• Manage government grant applications & survey submission
• Assist in Half-Year and Year-End Audit
• Analyse Business financials

• Prior experience in a publicly listed company and a solid understanding of Taxation is a plus
• Able to manage complete sets of accounts and conduct group consolidation for multiple entities
• Proven experience in finance, including interaction with bankers and handling trade financing matters
• Proficiency in financial forecasting and data analysis
• Might require working OT during month-end or audit period depending on the situation
