The Solutions team in Visa Direct is responsible for Discovery & Implementation of New customers whilst helping existing clients on upsell/upgrade projects. This means working closely with Business teams to fully understand client requirements, then craft and validate the proposed solutions prior to signing. What a Solutions Consultant does at Visa:

• Ensuring client requirements is captured and a full understanding of the proposed solution / workflow before a client is signed,

This role is based out of Singapore Hub and supports Asia Pacific markets. The role will report to Director, Commercialisation and Solutioning APAC for Visa Direct Solutions.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

• Manage and support the Passenger Relations and Porter teams, ensuring smooth daily department operations.
