Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a Managerial role in the F&B and Hospitality industry
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills, with proven ability to manage large, diverse teams.
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
Experience in F&B and Hospitality Hygiene is necessary for this role. Experience in Compliance with Health & Safety procedures (HSA, FSSAI, etc) is essential.
Experience in vendor management and supply chain management for F&B is critical
