2. Requirements Management

a. Partner with SA & subject matter experts to understand and implement functional and technical requirements

b. Provide systems input to specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, high-level delivery plan) based on impact assessment (e.g., function points)

3. Design & Development

a. Partner with Domain Architects, Dev. Manager, and Security Architect to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards

b. Partner with Development Manager in managing application teams to build the enhancements

4. Test Management

a. Partner with Test Manager to ensure completion of SIT, UAT testing, performance/load testing and application security testing with quality results

b. Work with GIS to facilitate completion of penetration testing and remediation of findings in accordance with Mitigation Plan

c. Work with GIPS on Infra requirements.

5. Implementation Management

a. Prepare technical implementation plan across application teams

b. Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure production cutover and adequate post-implementation support

• Support the project solution process, review and validate the initial high-level solution design together with the respective stakeholders (Enterprise Architect, Security Architect, Infra Architect, other Application Domain Architects) for Technology Architecture Governance reviews and approvals.

• Partner with System Analyst to ensure technical design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards

• Responsible for standardising and maintaining the application architecture across various bank applications within the domain as well as to recommend and facilitate the use of new technology for application improvement opportunities

• Address and resolve technical issues (eg, technical connectivity, Penetration Test, Performance Test, code scanning) or queries relating to the project activities arising from all phases of project delivery

• Support both functional and non-functional testing phase of delivery to ensure all aspects of the system requirement is delivered as per FSD

• Ensure proper knowledge is propagated to the project team to enable quality testing is conducted

• Engage with system vendors to ensure the technical requirements are clear for delivery of FSD throughout the end-to-end project implementation phases

•Hands-on technical development using AS400/RPG

Key Requirements

• More than 10 years working experience with AS400 RPG system development and projects/changes implementation experience in the financial industry.

• Strong technical development background and experience with full project life cycle.

• Technical skills required are RPG/ILE, AS400 CL, SQL Server, Oracle DB, Linux

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Experience in Environment set up including but not limited to object and library creation, MQ set up

• Setting up of connections to the other Interface Systems, batch processing

• Migration of Environment including restoration and masking of data

• Experience in Aldon, Remedy and Jira

• Experience in debugging the legacy codes to analyse the issues

• Experience in Silverlake

•Experience in delivery of silverlake solutions and hands-on experience on at least 1 end-to-end application delivery

• Extensive and significant working experience as an technical lead in large cross-functional teams or enterprise projects

• Excellent application analysis, design, system integration and code review skills in the Silverlake CORE BANKING DEPOSITS DOMAIN
