-Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.

-Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.

-Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

-Process and follow up appointments, reassignments, promotions and other HR decisions which generate personnel administration actions in a timely and thorough way, being sensitive to the human dimensions involved and tailoring actions accordingly.

-Advise staff on specific entitlements and explain employment standards and legislation where needed.

-Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.

-Maintain employee database in the HRIS & P-filing, etc.

-Proficient in Payroll processing and Work Pass application.

-Administer employee leaves, claims and year end IR8A submission.

The incumbent will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Be a role model for dnata’s values: safety and security, performance driven, delighting customers, imagination, respect and service excellence
• Live and champion dnata’s Environment Sustainability Framework, meeting our commitment to our three priority focus areas; to reduce emissions, consume responsibility and protect wildlife & habitats
• Contribute to a safety-first environment and work within Workplace Health and Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times
• Understand and adhere to dnata policies, governance, and legal guidelines, ensuring given projects are in full compliance; to protect and maintain shareholder / brand value
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• To oversee and/or lead multiple initiates simultaneously through all four project management phases (planning, build-up, implementation, and closeout, ensuring program goals are reached
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Meeting with stakeholders, senior leadership to discuss program status and goals
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
• Pro-actively manage and resolve program challenges, time slippage, scope creep, quality issues, and people
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and goals; whilst holding project team members accountable to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
• Consistently project a professional, confident, controlled and customer service focused attitude and demeanour
• Promote and personally invest (through our Volunteer Day Programme) in dnata4good, our employee-driven initiative that recognises the communities we serve by supporting charities and community development projects that align with our charitable pillars
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience and/or relevant professional qualification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma)
• Advanced project control system skills; including a high competency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task including expert and seamless time management skills
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Outstanding influencing skills and a proven ability to deal at all levels within a global business, combined with a sound knowledge of effective stakeholder management best practice and managing expectations
• Strategic mindset to be able to align the projects with dnata’s broader strategic objectives, understanding big picture and long-term goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, working with all levels of management
• Spoken and written fluency in English is mandatory; spoken and written fluency in Mandarin (as a second language) would be preferred.
• Possesses a valid international driver’s licence (airport, air-side drivers’ licence would be an advantage)
• Can obtain security clearance and qualify for an air-side security pass (no legal restrictions)

Job responsibilities:

● Ensures the curriculum up to date and the objectives and requirements of the programs

● Ensures the students are learning and like being at the School

● Develops, monitors and reviews quality standards of every course offered by the School

● Selects and approves teachers for deployment to teach each course consistent with the appropriate regulations

● Approves major examinations or assessment papers to assure quality standards

● Develop procedures to ensure the integrity of examination processes, including the security of examination and answer scripts, conduct of examinations

● Handles ERF & Edutrust audits

● Reviews and vets the marking and moderation of marks

● Handles appeals from students with regards to examination or assessment matters

● Handles student conduct

● Any other duties assigned by the management

Minimum qualifications:

● At least Master’s degree and above

● 5 years of working experience in Education management

● At least 1-3 years of Edutrust relevant experience
