Key Responsibilities & Duties

As the Singapore Academic Manager, you will oversee all academic operations for BlueSky Education in Singapore. You will be instrumental in ensuring the effective delivery of our programs, curriculum development, and managing a team of educators. Responsibilities:

You will conduct agency reviews and trend analysis to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement, and implement enhanced framework for the distribution reps so that they can conduct proper sales advisory processes for their policyholders and provide them with quality advice and suitable recommendations.
