✓ Handling all student registrations and admin matters including sharing class details and summaries

using CRM and WhatsApp

✓ Editing class records with lesson summaries follow up with coaches and sharing with parents

✓ Typing, printing of worksheets and learning resources

✓ Ensure general tidiness, cleanliness and keeping up good image for the centre. Suggest any

improvements at any times too.

✓ Prepare classroom’s technologies and troubleshoot to ensure smooth operations

✓ Prepare and type out notes as and when needed

✓ Assist with accounts invoices and other ad-hoc accounts items

✓ Assist with enrolments and trials for new leads and engage leads

✓ Arrange and attend meetings with staff

✓ Be involved in marketing initiatives and any ad-hoc projects

✓ Be open to learn more productivity tools and skills

✓ Be open to being a good team player and leader

✓ Communicate and work together with Centre Managers, Ops Managers, Accounts, Sales and other team

The Marketing Head – Asia will be a key member of the international marketing responsible for helping to drive sustainable and consistent revenue growth. The Head will drive go-to-market planning and execution for company's marketing programs across the Asia Pacific region to grow awareness and capture demand. The successful individual will have a solid understanding of the Asia market with strong analytic and execution skills to deliver high business growth and successful business outcomes. This is a high impact role that combines strategy, leadership, project management, creative thinking, demand generation and execution. Developing, mentoring, and hiring talent into the Asia Marketing team is key to ensuring success over the long term for the company.

Responsibility

· Manage all brands under the company's division.

· Develop product positioning and messaging for Differentiation in Singapore market.

· Develop a marketing strategy over the medium term throughout the year and long term.

· Act as a bridge between divisions to hands-on formulate strategies, coordinate and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns within the market.

· Understand the needs of the direct of Singapore, Mainland PRC, Hong Kong, Taiwan branches business and watch competition landscape and support the channels with the appropriate point-of-sales-materials (POSMs) in a timely manner.

· Monitor competitors' activities closely, and in doing so provide effective countermeasures to maintain profitability.

· Manage the advertising and promotions budget with General Manager.

· Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide alternatives and/or make adjustments where necessary to achieve / maintain a high return of investment (ROI).

· Collaboration product planning.

· Works closely with external agencies and partners to derive and execute marketing strategies and plans.

· Recruit students from Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Korean for schools and hostel.

· Expand and maintain promotion channels, media, etc. to establish long-term good strategic cooperation.

· Proficient in the operation of the latest mainstream media channels, students and parents pay attention to the delivery point; (the promotion of various channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Google, WeChat and offline, etc., and is responsible for the entire process of the final conversion rate)

Basic Qualifications

● Experience managing teams across multiple countries and languages

● Excellent command of English and Mandarin in terms of listening, speaking, reading and writing.

● 10 + years of education marketing experience

● 3 - 5 years of people and/or team management

● Recognised University Master's degree qualified

Preferred Qualifications

● Strong leadership, strategy, communication and execution skills with demonstrated track record of career advancement and success in education consulting markets, large and start-up companies/divisions.

● People management experience and building scaling high performance teams.

● A strong mix of analytical and creative skills.

● Excellent organizational, presentation and writing skills.

● 3 - 5 year’s event management experience is preferred

● 20%+ Travel is required

The Training Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth administrative operations for our education and training courses. This role involves handling inquiries, processing enrolments, managing payments, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for our students. You shall be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adept at multitasking.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

Customer Service:

• Respond to incoming phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about courses and services.
• Handle email inquiries efficiently, offering accurate information and solutions to potential and current students.

Course Administration:

• Process student enrolments into courses accurately, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
• Send course confirmation details to students, ensuring they have all necessary information.
• Distribute eLearning resources and materials to enrolled students.
• Input student and course details into tracking lists accurately for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
• Follow up on rescheduling requests and manage medical certificates (MC) for students unable to attend courses.
• Update trainers with course details, ensuring they have all necessary information for their sessions.
• Accurately create and update course details in the system, ensuring all information is current and correct.
• Work with course agents on student registrations and related inquiries.
• Issue and send course completion certificates to students.

Payment Coordination:

• Issue invoices and provide guidance on SkillsFuture credit claims to students, ensuring timely collection of fees.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all payments are processed and recorded accurately.

Team Collaboration:

• Work with team members on handling corporate inquiries and providing comprehensive service to corporate clients.

Perform other administrative tasks and support functions as needed to ensure smooth operation of the department.

Manage reservations and hosting of guests at the restaurant, ensuring table allocations maximize seating capacity
Be well equipped with the products and services the restaurant provides to assist and address guest queries
Welcome guests to the restaurant and escort them to their private room, counter, or table seats
Assist guests with their baggage whenever possible
Able to explain and recommend food, wine and sake selections according to guest requests and requirements, such as preparation methods, ingredients used, portion size and presentation, etc
General knowledge about food allergies, dietary restriction, common brands of beverages to facilitate smooth recommendations to guests
Gather feedback from guests about their experiences
Responsible for the compliance of all health, safety, and food hygiene legislation
Be service-oriented, uphold quality, sincere, intimate customer relations service
Ensure that strict hygiene and cleanliness standards are constantly and consistently upheld and adhered to in the restaurant, as well as excellent upkeep of personal grooming
