We are looking for permanent admin assistant part timer able to work during the weekdays. Able to commit for long term basis. Able to work in Upper Aljunied Area. Poly/Uni students are welcome as well. Rate: $8 to $10(depending on experience) per hour

Weekdays Timing:

Mon to Tue(5.00pm to 8.00pm)

Wed(5.00pm to 8.00pm)

Fri( 5.00pm to 8.00pm)

Responsibilities:

· Able to coordinate with customers on admin stuffs

· Handle phone call

· Collect Payment

· Photocopy, Scan , Filing papers

· Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Qualifications:

· Degree/Diploma or O-level/A-level holders

Requirements:

· Able to commit at least a year

· Able to use Microsoft Office Software

Job Title: Training Officer, Day Activity Centre

Responsibilities

• To train and assist clients in community living, social and emotional wellbeing, physical maintenance, and vocational activities
• To be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the clients
• Plan and implement and monitor clients’ safety procedures
• To plan client’s training programs
• To conduct 6-monthly client evaluations
• To plan small group activities, updating client’s progress, maintaining statistics, etc.
• To plan and implement intervention plans and conduct basic counselling for clients and their caregivers when required

Requirements

• Experience in training and working with people with special needs will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
