Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing or equivalent
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with using WordPress and other content management systems to update websites.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media content creation/management, and applying data analytics to assess effectiveness.
• Familiar with MS Office, Google Drive, and design software.
• IT savvy and able to learn to manage new systems easily like EDM system, enterprise systems, etc.
• Well-versed in photography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations & Program Management:Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  Develop, recommend, and administer policies and procedures to support centre-wide operations.
  Participate in meetings and committees to communicate information about programs and opportunities for growth.
  
• Staff Supervision & Mentoring:Mentor and guide teachers, helping them understand teaching processes across all programs.

  Oversee volunteer programs, learning journeys, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities for adult clients.
  
• Collaboration & Communication:Arrange meetings with educators to discuss program-related issues and improve service delivery.
  Work with the marketing team to curate social media content and enhance the centre’s online presence.
  Liaise with bus drivers to manage student arrivals and departures.
  
• Administrative Duties:Collaboratively conduct enrollment interviews and develop strategies to increase student enrollment.

  Manage the planning, scheduling, and coordination of both internal and external events requiring media coverage.
