Programme Management

• Plan, develop and oversee the implementation of programmes and services based on identified needs and in accordance with the organisational standards of service delivery, including but not limited to educational, early years programmes well as progammes at the satellite centres.

• Oversee management of centre and transportation services to provide beneficiaries and families with greater accessibility to programmes and services.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on a multi-disciplinary platform and establish partnership with external stakeholders to optimise efficacy of programme delivery

• Evaluate effectiveness of programmes, develop and implement strategies to achieve organisation purpose and objectives

Volunteer Management

• Oversee recruitment and support volunteers, including volunteer training, in conducting the lessons/activities according to organisational standards
