Responsibilities:

• Manage and organise in-venue/online courses for seniors
• Handle course enquiries and registration
• Logistics preparation
• Provide administrative support
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A Level / Diploma Holder
• Strong communication skills
• IT savvy
• Experience in coordinating and recruitment work preferred
• Able to multi-task & work independently with minimum supervision
• This role will need to manage both English and Mandarin courses. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
• This position is on contract basis

• Provide support to colleagues and assist with various duties as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve various departmental goals
• Prepare reports and presentations as required
• Report on company progress
• Compile and evaluate performance reports
• Client business development and maintenance

• Conduct periodic inspections, repair, service and maintenance of Musasino equipment to ensure reliable
  operation.
• Collaborate with clients and superintendents to deliver quality services efficiently.
• Generate reports and present findings to relevant personnel.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support through emails, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
