Admin cum HR Assistant

Salary: SGD 2,200 - SGD 2,400

Working Days : Monday - Friday (830am - 6pm)

Working Location :Bukit Batok

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company processes and procedures.
• Manage filing system, phone calls and correspondences.
• Assist in maintaining Company’s ISO system.
• Handle all work pass applications, issuance, appeal, renewal, cancellation, PCP matters and courses registrations.
• Support in HR matters.
• Perform and maintain office & project records and databases.
• Other general administrative duties/tasks.

Job Requirements:

• With relevant experience
• Computer Literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Office

Job Description

• Take inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Identify customer’s needs and clarify information
• Research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives for the customers
• Keep records of all conversations in the database
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Requirement:

• Minimum O’Level/A’level/NITEC/Diploma in any related course of study
• Minimum 2 years Customer Service/Call Centre experience but candidates without such experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
