1. To ensure an efficient operation of graduate studies.

- Admission

- Logistics planning for timetable and examinations

- Courses and timetabling

2. Simple statistical data compilation

3. Provide a supportive/engaging environment to faculty members and graduate students.

- Assist on enquiries pertaining to graduate studies.

4. Finance Matters

- Following up and sending reminders to students for outstanding fees payment, processing lecturer’s claim submission

5. Data Entry

6. HR matters

- Preparation of contract drafts etc.

7. Other ad hoc duties assigned
