We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team for assisting execution of ongoing programs and helping with the roll-out of new education programs.

As our Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to a portfolio of education programs and ensuring that the programs are completed in budget and on-schedule.

This is a dynamic role and the responsibilities will include;

- Keep a record of admission numbers and assist with any queries related to the admission process.

- Assist with the booking of venues and facilities for the programs.

- Coordinate with various vendors for materials and supplies related to the program and ensure timely deliveries

- Help with the drafting is letters and documents related to programs.

- Analyse and present feedback data from the programs conducted.

• Review and access existing programs, learning material aids and resources to meet the specific requirements
• Prepare checklists to identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work procedures, minimize environmental impact associate with construction activities

Requirements:

• Pipe fitting & Structural Steel Fitting Relevant Trade Diploma issued by Building and Construction (BCA) Academy.
• Skills Evaluation Certificate (Knowledge) or equivalent.
• ACTA- Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment.
• Min 5-6 years of experience as a trainer.
• Able to start in short notice period.
• Positive working attitudes.
