We are seeking an enthusiastic Admissions Counsellor to promote our part-time postgraduate programmes through telemarketing, WhatsApp follow-ups, CRM management, and personalised engagement with prospective students. In this dynamic role, you will guide potential candidates through the admissions process, from initial inquiries to application submission, ensuring a seamless experience.
A successful Admissions Counsellor must be personable, organised, and results-driven, with the ability to connect with prospective students and address their needs effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, adaptability, and professionalism in handling inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing activities, including cold calls and WhatsApp follow-ups, to promote postgraduate programs.
- Manage inquiries from prospective students, providing detailed information about program offerings, application requirements, and career benefits.
- Use CRM systems to track interactions, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of prospects.
- Upload application forms, review submissions, and assist students in completing the admissions process.
- Collaborate with team members to provide timely responses and ensure applications progress smoothly.
- Send collaterals such as brochures, program guides, and application links via WhatsApp or email.
- Address concerns, resolve complaints, and maintain the university's professional reputation.
- Achieve admissions targets through strategic follow-ups and personalised engagement.
- Provide feedback to enhance marketing strategies and program offerings.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or admissions counselling, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, WhatsApp for business, and other communication tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across various platforms.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines.
- Familiarity with admissions processes and document handling.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
