The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Relationship Manager (RM) to work with our existing portfolio of Education Clients in Singapore and Malaysia – to build stronger client relationships, drive revenue and utilisation through marketing, training, and integration of Flywire solutions. 

Reporting directly to the Director of Client Relationship Management APAC, you will work closely with the Sales and RM teams to execute strategies designed to drive growth, uncover new business potential, increase revenue, provide accurate issue resolution and assure clients and their students have the best payment experience and support in the industry. Overall job tasks would include:

• Drive Revenue by building long term relationships with senior and operational stakeholders, understanding their strategies and goals. Perform Onboarding, Marketing, Training, and support activities to maximise growth and deliver additional revenue through up-sell and value-added services. 
• Lead Integration projects alongside solutions teams to provide technical solutions and processes for clients to embrace and adopt. 
• Create strategic account plans for each client and groups of clients to maximise utilisation, growth and revenue. Manage all commercial activities - Internal reporting, contract renewals, pricing negotiations and new product expansion. 
• Become the established internal expert which corresponds with your account portfolio and market, with relevant payment products and potential competitors to develop and refine products and operations.  
• Collaborate across departments and timezones with legal, compliance, product development and vertical teams to solution and solve client payment problems.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer plays a vital role in supporting the School Head in the daily operations of the school. This multifaceted role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including enrollment activities, class management, record-keeping, school maintenance, prospecting, and cashier duties.

Job Description:

Financial & Enrollment:

• Market and promote CLC courses to potential students.
• Engage in daily prospecting activities.
• Assist in the preparation of enrollment reports.
• Perform cashier duties, including the collection and banking of daily cash and cheques.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.

Area Marketing:

• Collaborate with the Centre Manager to conduct Area Marketing and Industry Colleagues' Surveys.
• Distribute leaflets, brochures, course information, and promotional materials.
• Assist in designing and producing in-house promotional materials.

Customer Service:

• Manage the customer service counter, ensuring a high level of service quality.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer and prospect inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Attend to all requests from teachers, students, and customers.
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Maintain up-to-date files and records.

General School Operations:

• Conduct daily checks to ensure school safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor the condition of studios and equipment on a daily basis.
• Update and maintain notice boards.
• Handle sales of stocks and textbooks to students, teachers, and customers.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Assist in preparing operations reports.
• Update the SMS system.

Other Responsibilities:

• Handle daily general administration tasks and support service operations.
• Assist in organizing and participating in school activities.
• Address any other related issues as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably, candidates should have sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A team player with a positive attitude.

• Provide thought leadership on Account Planning & Strategies, ensuring they are completely aligned to deliver customer relevance and value
• Evolve and standardize best practices around account planning and customer strategies and assets (e.g., strategy decks)
• Evolve account planning tools, processes and technology to align with a complex selling environment 
• Work with all GTM functions including Sales Operations, sales leadership, value management, I.T. Business Intelligence, Enablement, and third-party companies to ensure seamless integration of our account planning process
• Establish appropriate metrics and tracking to ensure quality of and adherence to account planning strategies
• Own the enablement, comms and change management plans for strategic program rollout
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the field around account planning; ramp up in-region individuals to provide relevant coaching
• Proactively and continuously identify opportunities to improve adoption and increase field productivity
