Job Description:

Provide Siemens PCS support to manufacturing activities:

• Respond promptly to shift operations requests as PCS Advanced User
• Work with Shift Supervisor and Shift Lead to perform manual intervention tasks related to the PCS system to ensure continuous operation of critical processes.

Manual Intervention Tasks:

• Execute PCS manual interventions as needed, following established procedures.
• Collaborate with shift production personnels to address process intervention requests.

Job Purpose:

The psychologist is expected to provide a full range of evidence-based and best practices in psychological services to students including conduct psychological assessments, deliver interventions and manage crisis situations. We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance SEO & Digital Advertising Specialist to join our marketing team. This remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to focus on driving results through SEO and managing ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

Your mission: boost lead generation and enhance brand visibility.

Key Objectives

1. Increase Brand Visibility

Implement SEO strategies and run ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to grow online presence, aligned with our brand’s values.

2. Boost Lead Quality and Volume

Drive significant growth in high-quality sales leads within 3-4 months through optimized SEO and targeted advertising.

3. Optimize Cost Per Acquisition

Manage advertising budgets efficiently to lower acquisition costs while maintaining high-quality lead generation.

4. Build a Long-term Lead Pipeline

Establish a consistent flow of quality leads through strategic SEO and advertising efforts.

Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.

- Plan, execute, and manage ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.

- Stay updated on SEO and digital advertising trends.

Working Hours: 5days, 9am-6pm (Flexi)

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert investment advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their financial objectives are understood and addressed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while actively expanding your network to onboard new clients.
• Conduct thorough Financial Needs Analysis for clients, comprehensively assessing their financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment goals.
• Construct and review investment portfolios, ensuring they align with clients' objectives and risk profiles.
• Establish clients’ financial goals and recommend solutions, to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Understand your client's financial objectives and investment requirements
• Work closely with investors in proposing, delivering, and executing solutions for clients; as well as identifying new opportunities
• Stay updated on investment challenges, regulatory changes, and internal operational requirements to engage in informed discussions with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification is any field
• Confident in sales presentation and outgoing nature.
• On-job training and guidance would be provided.
