This role focuses on the planning and execution of education-related activities and events across the Asia Pacific region, including China and Japan. The position plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of impactful training programs and workshops that enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Implementation:
- Plan and execute educational events, including training sessions and workshops, in alignment with Business strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external partners, to ensure seamless execution.
- Streamline educational content in collaboration with the Education Manager.
- Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, travel arrangements, and participant coordination.
- Program Oversight:
- Oversee the implementation of educational initiatives to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Performance Evaluation & Improvement:
- Collect feedback and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and refine future initiatives based on insights gathered.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Science, life science or clinical /medical related subject
- Medical device and/or healthcare industry background preferred, not required.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in planning educational events or similar activities is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to converse in both English and Mandarin (Mandarin fluency is required for collaboration with China-based stakeholders).
- Experience in event management, including virtual and in-person logistics.
- Ability to review and interpret scientific research, particularly clinical studies, and summarize key insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across different regions.

Salary : $S4,000.00 – S$5,500.00
