Job Responsibilities:
・Build and maintain new and long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer information is kept up to date.
・Stay informed about the latest trends and skills in Pilates, sports, and stretch therapy.
・Assess customer needs and create and deliver personalized Pilates plans based on their medical history and areas of pain.
・Educate and promote the benefits of Pilates tailored to customer needs.
・Provide safe guidance tailored to the customer’s physical condition.
・Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
・Provide appropriate exercise instruction based on anatomy and kinesiology.
Continuing Education Support:
Our team has implemented a rank advancement system created by instructors with experience as physiotherapists in medical settings in Japan.
This system provides continuous education not only in Pilates but also in understanding various medical conditions, along with rank-based compensation packages.

Requirements:
・Candidates must be under 40 years of age.
・Only candidates who possess certifications in yoga, Pilates, or physiotherapy, or have over one year of experience as a yoga or Pilates instructor will be considered.
・Only female candidates will be considered.
・Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
・Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
・Willingness to learn and enhance skills continually.
・To work as a Pilates instructor, you will need to undergo training at our company after joining (free of charge).
