Job Scope
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
- Conducting training
- And following up on staff online training provided by the Company.
Recruitment Process
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for all open positions.
• Performing all recruitment processes (job posting, database search, application processing, interview, reference checks, feedback and offer, commencement and retention) Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, carrier sides, employee referrals etc.
• Conduct comprehensive screening of resumes and applications to identify candidates with the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' suitability for open positions.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit with the company.
• Collaborate with store managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job carrier sides/universities etc.
• CV Screening, Conducting interviews (phone, massive and group interviews) and filtering candidates.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management.
Training and Development
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy aligned with business objectives and employee needs.
• Identify and assess training needs through analysis of employee performance data, feedback surveys, and stakeholder consultations.
• Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs using a variety of instructional methods, including classroom training, e-learning modules, and blended learning approaches.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and handouts.
• Facilitate and coordinate training sessions to ensure effective delivery of training content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance data analysis.
• Track and measure training metrics, including training participation rates, completion rates, and employee satisfaction levels.
• Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Collaborate with departments, managers, and employees to ensure training programs are aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma or Degree in HR / Business with 3-4 years experience in Recruitment and Training coordination in a retail / FMCG / services sector
